Payment options

If you wish to make a purchase from outside the UK, please contact us via phone/fax/email to process your order.

No credit/debit card information is held on this website. If you do not wish to submit your card details online, please telephone 02920 496585 and you can speak to one of our customer service representatives who will be happy to take your order. All credit/debit card payments are processed by Worldpay, using a secure online gateway which meets global anti-fraud standards.

All payments must be received before any orders are dispatched. All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Returns

Returns due to faulty goods or damage in transit, incorrectly delivered items will be refunded in full along with postage return charge with proof of postage purchased.

Returns due to order unsuitability (returned in a saleable condition), or for any other reason, will be at the customers expense. A refund will be provided only on the cost of the goods supplied i.e refund will not include p&p charged on invoice.
We regret that we are unable to provide refunds on items that have been ordered specifically to your requirements i.e personalised items or on items that have been used or worn.
Goods must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date.

Return postage will be charged at standard rate for items required for size exchange.

Prices

All items on this website are priced including vat with exclusion to safety boots, safety wellingtons, safety helmets and childrens clothing which are VAT exempt in relation to a personal sale. Prices are in UK pounds sterling and those running at the time of production. If due to circumstances beyond our control prices vary (including any variation to the rate of VAT), you will be informed prior to dispatch. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Colour Reproduction

We take great care with the colours and images used on our site. The limitations of broadcasting on this medium may mean slight variations may occur. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that descriptions are accurate.

Supply

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time to our sole discretion. To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be over the relevant age to purchase restricted items and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

Privacy Policy

The company operates a closed policy on distribution of information and will not at anytime divulge your name, address, telephone number, account details or email address to any third party. We guarantee that any information will remain confidential and will only be used by Safewear to provide a better service to you .
